The 2027 Reigning Women Gathering is designed to help you take an honest look at where you are, think intentionally about where you're going, and identify what you may need to strengthen, change, learn, or put in place to move forward.
Throughout the Gathering, you'll receive practical tools, meaningful conversations, strategic insight, and empowering teaching to help you prepare for what's next.
You may not have every detail figured out yet. You don't have to.
You just need to be prepared for the next move.

This year, our goal is to cover the full expenses for 50 women to attend the Reigning Women Gathering — women currently living in transitional shelters and caregivers who pour into everyone else but rarely get poured into themselves. Last year, thanks to generous sponsors like you, we were able to cover the expenses of 23 women. This year, we're believing for even more.

Before you ever walk into the room ahead of you, something has to happen within you first. In this virtual conversation, Nedra Owens, Founder of Reigning Women Gathering, interviews a mindset mastery professional on the internal, often invisible preparation required before a woman can fully step into her next season: a promotion, a new venture, a bold decision, a reinvention.
Together, they'll unpack the mindset of the threshold moment: the identity shifts, the fear that often intensifies right before growth, and the difference between feeling ready and truly being ready. You'll leave with practical tools to begin closing that gap, so that when the room ahead of you opens, you're not just present, you're prepared.

There's a room waiting for you — a promotion, a board seat, a bigger opportunity, a version of your career you haven't stepped into yet. This session is for every woman attending — whether you're just discovering what you bring to the table or already leading and still shrinking your accomplishments. We'll uncover the value you already carry, help you speak about it with confidence, and update how you're seen — your bio, your presence, your reputation — to match who you've grown into. Wherever you're starting from, there's a room ahead with your name on it. Let's get you ready to walk in.
II. Empowerment Session 2 - Ready to Say Yes
Opportunity doesn't wait for you to get ready — it shows up, and you either can say yes or you can't. If your next opportunity arrived tomorrow — a promotion, a new role, funding for your business — would your finances let you take it? This isn't a budgeting class. It's a real, practical conversation about financial readiness for what's next — whether you're building your first emergency reserve, untangling your credit, or figuring out how to fund an opportunity you're not sure you can afford yet. You'll leave with a clearer picture of what to put in place now, so you're never caught saying "I wish I could" when the door finally opens. Wherever you are financially, the goal is the same: to be ready when opportunity is.
III. Panel Discussion - The Pivot: Knowing When It's Time to Make Your Move
Every significant move starts before anyone else can see it — a quiet decision, a season of preparation, a moment of "it's time."
